The decision to go ahead with an extension on my home was daunting for me. With Architecture and engineering plans in hand I went on to obtain quotes for the job and secured Adam Beattie as my builder. Adam meet me on site several times to answer questions I had , he alleviated my concerns, his costing was very competitive and represented best value for money and the project went ahead. I found him to be professional, punctual, a hard worker, efficient with his progress and maintained good communication with myself and his own crew. He oversaw and coordinated all aspects of the job, including engaging and managing the many other professional trades as required , who all worked to the same high standard. I always felt I knew what was going on thru his daily progress reports, and he kept to schedule on completion . I’m very pleased with the finished project and am able to enjoy my large new deck and roof .
